1.3 – 2.3L Use in light beer or Pilsner style to improve head retention and body.
3 – 3.5L Excellent yield and easy to mash. Imparts classic “Nutty, Malty” English Pale Ale Flavor.
Add to mash for the classic “American Pilsner” flavor.
10L A dark, malty base malt. Can be steeped but best in mash. Dominant flavor of Doppelbocks.
