500L Use for Color and Burnt Coffee, Roasted flavor. Best in very small proportions.

25L Nut Flavor and Toasted Flavors without being sweet like Caramel malt. Excellent for Nut brown Ales.

350L Very dark malt. Bittersweet, Roasted and Coffee flavors. Overwhelming ashy taste in large quantities.
