350L Should use in small amounts. Very strong chocolate roasted flavors including Coffee & Bitter Chocolate.
500L The dominate flavor of Dry Stouts. Adds roastiness and an acrid, dry flavor. Lowers mash PH.
350L Very dark malt. Bittersweet, Roasted and Coffee flavors. Overwhelming ashy taste in large quantities.
