Plutons Organ Trio Play Live in Gresham Saturday Night

What are you doing Saturday night? How about listening to a band play live while you enjoy a pint of craft beer? You got it! Head over to the Hoppy Brewer for a freshly poured pint and live music featuring the Plutons Organ Trio. Enjoy a mix of funk, soul, hip-hop, jazz and all things in between from the Plutons Organ Trio. The music starts at 7 pm and goes until 10 pm on April 29th, 2017 in downtown Gresham.

After working to put together the successful 10-piece funk/soul outfit Philly’s Phunkestra recently Chris has spent time with new funk monster the Roseland Hunters and shared stages with groups such as Dumpstaphunk, Rebirth Brass Band, Fitz and the Tantrums, The Wailers, Dirty Dozen Brass Band, Galactic and more! 

It has now come time to take a project that Phillips says, “Has been a works for a while,” to the front of the line.  With the ever funky Justin Calhoun on the drums and the exceptional Jason Butterworth on guitar Plutons is amping up for the Summer of 2016 with the release of their record “In The Bag”.
