For 12 gallons (45.42 L)
- 4 gal (15.14 L) | Honey Crisp apple juice
- 4 gal (15.14 L) | Aurora apple juice
- 4 gal (15.14 L) | Jonagold apple juice
- 1 vial | White Labs English cider yeast
- Original Gravity: 1.055
- Final Gravity: 1.008
- ABV: 6.3%
- SRM: 2
Combine ingredients in a carboy.
Conduct primary fermentation for 12 days at 64°F (18°C).
Force carbonate to 2.5 volumes of CO2.
