Northern Lights Common Cider | Apple Cider Recipe

For 12 gallons (45.42 L)

  • 4 gal (15.14 L) | Honey Crisp apple juice
  • 4 gal (15.14 L) | Aurora apple juice
  • 4 gal (15.14 L) | Jonagold apple juice
  • 1 vial | White Labs English cider yeast


  • Original Gravity: 1.055
  • Final Gravity: 1.008
  • ABV: 6.3%
  • SRM: 2


Combine ingredients in a carboy.

Conduct primary fermentation for 12 days at 64°F (18°C).

Force carbonate to 2.5 volumes of CO2.
