“This craft brewery/homebrew shop is the best there is! My wife surprised me with a brew pot and a false bottom and valve for fathers day. It was all separate pieces and needed tools (which I don’t own) to be installed. The guys told her to bring it back when the owner was there to have it installed free of charge. The owner wasn’t there when we arrived(since we forgot to call ahead), but an over achieving employee named Ben went through the trouble to do the installation while still working both the bar and store. Ben even went so far as to make a trip to home depot to purchase a new drill bit to compete the task. I highly recommend the Hoppy Brewer. I left a hoppy customer. Thanks a billion Ben.”
